I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP? 

Shipping Times:

UK, US & EU: 7-12 business days

International: 10-20 business days

Due to current shipping volumes and potential delays, these are estimated times. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 

We provide tracking for all orders. You'll receive your tracking number by email when your item ships. Due to our global sourcing, items may ship from different locations. Track your order on our website.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. Just message us "CANCEL MY ORDER." Please note, cancellations are not possible after this period.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS! 

Contact us immediately with the correct address. We can change it within 24 hours of your order. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

HOW MANY ATTEMPTS WILL THE CARRIER MAKE BEFORE MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED? 

Typically, a carrier will attempt to deliver the package twice before the package is returned. 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

If for some reason there is damage with your order, please contact us with:- Your order number.- A picture of the damaged product. Once received, we'll be happy to send out another item free of charge.
